M13 with AstroDMx Capture for Linux and Solus Linux

A Skymax 127 Maksutov was mounted on a Celestron AVX GOTO mount. A ZWO178MC 14-bit colour camera, fitted with a 0.5x focal reducer was placed at the Cassegrain focus.

A Thinkpad X230 laptop running Solus was used to capture images of M13 using AstroDMx Capture for Linux.

The equipment

Thirty 30s exposures were captured with matching dark-frames.
The images were stacked in Deep Sky Stacker and post-processed in the Gimp 2.10

Solus is not a Linux distribution that I like, but for running AstroDMx Capture for Linux, it did the job fine.
